For those who don’t know yet, we are buying house. Or should I rather say we would like to do so. But it’s not that easy when you have certain budget and all those people freaking around “remember to choose one in good neighborhood”.
I checked, there is around 3500 houses for sale in the area we are interested living in. Looks great, lets move one and cut it down a little bit. Ok lest choose something. First we would like to cut down the area a little bit. Good. 1200 left. Lets go a little bit further and slice out only those in our price range. Much better – only 200 to choose from. But it’s not the end. We are young, middle class childrenless couple so we think it’s high time to skip living in the appartment and choose a single family house. Ok duplex will be as good. Lets se… 12. Yes you see it good – out of three thousand five hundred houses we have 12 to see. And we have seen them already. One was perfect. Was because it’s already sold :-(.
It looks like we are targeting the most desirable property type on the market. The preassure is so big, that houses are less than a day on the market.
